Please note you must be a member, affiliated member or signed in by a member to enter the gaming room.
Grant Funding
All grant funding decisions are made by the Clubs Hastings Grants Committee.
Applications must be received by the last day of each month. The Grants Committee meets on the first Tuesday of the following month to consider applications. Applicants will be advised following the meeting whether their application has been successful.
A copy of the Clubs Hastings Grants Policy can be requested by emailing info@clubshastings.co.nz.
Grant applications can be emailed to info@clubshastings.co.nz or posted to PO Box 560, Hastings 4156. Application forms are also available from the Clubs Hastings office.

Safer Gambling & Self-Exclusion
If you have concerns about the amount of money you are spending on gaming machines, support is available.
If you would like to exclude yourself from the gaming area, a Self-Exclusion Order can be put in place. Our Duty Managers can assist you with completing the self-exclusion process and answer any questions you may have.
You can download the Self-Exclusion Application Form below, or speak with a Duty Manager at the Club for assistance.
